what we have to offer

Our 5.4 acre picturesque property is the perfect place for a getaway with family and friends. We have an outdoor pavilion, with lighting, where you can eat your meals. A big lawn where kids can play, parents can lounge, and teens can star gaze with their crush (ooh lala). Our property is right on the Sevier River in Marysvale, Utah, with the perfect swimming hole just out your front door! We have an instagram-able bridge leading to a tik tok-able island (whatever that means). There is lots of room and lots of views!
